Long story short, an user from Dlifts telegram group had his primo tested by Jano and the results came back as 168.54mg/ml:

And received this answer from them:
It would have been better for everyone if the raw material and finished product were tested before being sold.
After I asked whether the results would be reflected on the price list as Primo E 168mg instead of 200mg, I ended up getting banned.
