here we go officially 14 weeks out today.

cardio done and new macros / compounds starting

300c training
225c rest

running some test and npp to start! 450/300
never ran such high test (for me) with no primo/ai so i have an ai on hand just in case.

gonna try to keep diet super consistent so at least now to start just reducing carbs across the board and keeping diet relatively the same for now.
biggest change is ill be dropping ground beef probably and go cod/tilapia/eggwhites, and obviously some increased veggies.
made some burgers for family yesterday and the price is fckin insane lol.
kids will be eating alot of chicken thighs and chicken legs this summer.

for myself ill probably toss in a few ninja creamis and some protein fluff as well for dinner. maybe every few days. once i get it set in stone ill be better off, and coach will be able to track physical changes/water retention better.

have a slightly busy rest day, informed my wife about the cut so i have about a few weeks before im useless lol.
loads of honey dos today and tomorrow and then wont have to worry about it for awhile.

its me and my wifes 14 year anniversary tuesday. not mentioning anything to her since shes forgotten before lol.
shes also celebrated it on the wrong day before too lol.
nice little thing to keep in my pocket for rainy days when shes mad at me lol.

That woman would never forget, she’s been trying to make the weekend all about me and I’m just not in the mood for it. she is insanely good with remembering birthdays and names. She’s like autistic with numbers 😂 it’s pretty impressive.

Wife is the same. Last year we traveled on Father's day. Going out of town for 7-10 days is usually stressful leading up to leaving so a lot going on. Had multiple say Congrats Dad or some nice gesture. Nothing blatantly like "Happy Father's Day" and my wife remained oblivious.

We finally sit down and I ask her if she heard all of those ppl and she was like "yeah it was kind of weird it kept happening"....."yeah it's Father's Day"...."ah fuck"
 
My adhd tism is BADDD lol really fucking bad. I can totally relate.
its literally why my life revolves around wrestling. my son goes literally insane on rest days.
at least now its 1 or 2 rest days a week when it used to be 7.

i have to work him like a DOG.

adhd/tism is def a grappling superpower. pattern recognition and infinite possibilities make it infinitely interesting for them.
every single high level kid in grappling is adhd/autistic as fuck lol.

and for better or for worse my son was blessed with infinite cardio as well, just does not get tired.
its super funny to see him break kids who are stronger then him when we have 1hour long sparring sessions or 30 minute sessions.

hes fresh as can be, and those strong kids fade quick. once he smells they are tired hes relentless.

my daughter complete opposite. no cardio, strong as an ox. shes 8, and bullies 10 11 12 year olds at times.

thats hilarious. it doesnt bother me one bit whether she forgets or not but i do like to rub it in and save it for special occasions haha.

Think this works was mostly satiated all day.

Had a little hunger here and there but was fairly busy which helped.
Cod did some work for me in the am.

Macros still high enough have some room to add some veggies.

Cardio done

Lower tomorrow and semi off from work.

had a pretty good lower and was absolutely killing it.
however, leg press I usually use was taken, went to another one I used in the past
no big deal i thought but ended up being a crucial mistake.
next time waiting for my regular one no matter what.
ended up with a sprain on my lower back on last set of leg press few reps in, had even dropped weight a bit to be on the safe side.
oh well. think ill be okay but a bit uncomfortable, feels like I just crushed the discks a little so its like inflamed/tender.
definitely not a disc slip at least.

Hopefully you can walk it off easily.

I find that whenever my back is acting up walking as much as possible really gets the juices flowing in there and makes it better.
Been stretching a bit and moving around a little.

It's fairly stable. Had to pop some ibuprofen and ran the tens machine on it. Wife helped me stretch it a little as well. I can at least now walk around just feels sketchy bending.

Definitely from rounding the back when my ass lifted a little from that one rep.

I think (knock on wood) should be fine just stiff as board atm lol.

Bending forward doesn't hurt it's backwards that its tender.

Just gotta be safe and probably no bjj this week more then likely.

Seriously though letting the ass come off the pad on a leg press and rounding your back has taken all of us down at some point. I've learned to keep my core tight and ass to the pad no matter what.

roughly down a 1lb this week. pretty neat despite increased androgen load as well!

backs a lot alot better. dodged a bullet! will be 100% way sooner then i ever imagined, really thought I fucked myself bad.

little busy today so no numbers atm, but foods all the same from monday.

might go to bjj just for technique and get cardio later in the evening, no sparring or anything and if the technique stresses it out ill just sit out no biggie.
although moving around seems to help a ton. wake up super stiff and as I stretch move around loosens up a lot. still fairly tender but should be good pretty soon.
just gonna be extra careful next few days especially on leg presses since im kinda retarded.
