I got in the habit of ordering my food with nothing on it and the sauce on the side. I always get the “what the fuck is wrong with you “ look from the waiters when we go out to eat.
Ordering white rice at that place they could not handle it lmao.
 
Diet really good today.

In my infinite wisdom I fucking forgot the beef jerky. Like a fucking idiot.

Luckily had packed tons of carbs, bread mostly and had protein bars.

Was determined to eat nothing off shore and stuck to my guns.

Ate toast, small bowl of grits, egg whites for breakfast.
Bread on shore plus protein bars.

Back to boat was starving lmao.

Bread, and some white indian rice, tuna and a little bit of jelly on the Bread.

Gonna do the same for dinner.

We had a dinner reservation booked and paid for just Nixed it. Realized it's way easier at the buffet for me to eat better.

Thought it would be the other way around but buffet i can just pick and choose what i want at a restaurant I'm pigeon holed into the menu.

Shows how often I eat out lmao 🤣

Yikes I'm so full! Fitting it all in 3 /4 meals wicked hard.

Trying to track foods today and realized maybe even underate few days despite bloating up.

Bread is more filling then i thought.
Luckily last day and half had white rice.

Also lean meats pretty available luckily.

They didn't have chopped chicken breast any other time but tuna was available most of the time.

If we ever come again just sticking to buffet (hope we don't lol)

Biggest thing is also realizing kept fats decently low.

Besides first day kept them under 55 more or less.

Much needed low carb day tomorrow.

The we get a check inSunday morning to assess damage. Ha

Back to the grind!

Got a little morning 6 hour drive to figure out foods but shouldn't be an issue.

This was my biggest meal of the whole trip and was after we got off island and I had to play catchup on carbs. I estimated it to be about 200 roughly around 4pm. Which left me about 100 to 150 for the evening.

Bowl of tuna and turkey just barely fit.

I didn't eat the top round either I just couldn't finish it.

The two long breads were French baguettes that's flour topping not powdered sugar lol

I mentioned earlier 455 is alot in 3 /4 meals.

I expected a little higher, but also hoped for a little lower. Can't imagine if I had gone all out, nvm the fact that I bloat pretty easily and heavily.

Last weight before leaving 188.7

Dropped carbs to previous week at 425.

If i would change anything would be stick to buffet no restaurants.

Despite not a huge fan of food choices had great time and seeing my family have time of their lives worth.

Besides food situation it was way more fun then I thought it would be.

Then again I don't travel like this too much so my standards pretty low lol.

cardio done this am and just chilling. still pretty exhuasted.

beef finished back to chicken turkey this week.
ill probably get some more end of week, really tasty and satiating.

holding steady!
one great thing about hitting the upper lower last week so much, i was able to deepen the connection on my lats, since different machines and movements I had to really focus on making sure I was hitting the intended muscle.

helped a ton today! not only was i feeling great, man dont think ive felt such great tension on my lats/back since ever.
particularly lat bar rows.

we are doing them wide, but I actually felt some tension even down in the deep end. felt weird! never felt it before. felt like I was getting extra better work in, and hitting all the right groups, despite not changing really changing anything. little bit of a eureka moment.

Buffet is the way to go for sure. It’s also dangerous if u have no self control like my self and eat like a pig lol

i still made the best decision possible but it felt like voting at times. only bad choices! :ROFLMAO:




also wife wants to do another cruise lol. fuck me. I really thought she wasnt gonna like it too much.

luckily i already told her no restaurants and she said fine. so im good there. I can probably ask for more leeway just so ill take her again haha.

im a bit indifferent to it, i wouldnt mind doing another, but at the same time if we never went again im fine with that too.
shes acting crazy like if shes having withdrawals from a drug or something lol. thank god its kinda pricey so she has to budget it in.

i stuck to mostly the same things, bread,white rice a little jam and tuna/turkey/ham (for lunch dinner, and breakfast would add a small bowl of cognee since it seemed very plain) and was able to at least keep the over/under eating consistent this way.

also with a little jam, ham and bread made a poormans montecristo. hopefully can add a little in as well.

Oof. Yah i won’t ever do a cruise lol they don’t look fun to me. But me and my girl do travel. We’re going away in August . Not sure where yet. She’s a travel whore lol . I never did it til I met her so it’s cool I guess
