yea as we were increasing cals I could see my old self in my back, little bit of a mind F.It's as simple as increased adipose cell count when getting obese. When you lose weight, they remain so if in a massive surplus again they fill right back up. People who were never obese don't have that issue obviously.

probably gonna sleep in a tad for hams tomorrow and no bjj. no way I can make it on 4 hours of sleep or less, depending.
off day Wednesday for kids after this so i can go to bed early and catch up a little. bjj thursday, traveling friday so no bjj and just reg cardio.
decent pull day regardless with fst7 on seated row and straight arm curl.

strength still held up on every single thing, and overloaded on cable curls a little, now that my biceps are healed hitting them good.
I lost a rep on wg lat pulldowns, because I forgot to do fst7 seated after it lol. lats were torched, still held pretty good just rested a little longer to catch up.
made some changes slightly to foods, idk how but my fat grams were creeping up.
everything was the same and the small changes I made were zero fat so not sure how that was happening.
cut some oats and added apples to bring it down.

my schedule doesnt allow a lot of wiggle room, so when anything goes over I get screwed. I kinda knew it would be tough, but with lowered cals I see now how crucial sleep is. big difference, with 4k cals i was handling 5 hours like nothing. cant do that anymore at all.I totally feel you on the reduced sleep.
