Not leaning on either side as far suggesting dosages, but regarding the 200/250mg per week I’ve seen that trend as well in person. Guys start gear then ask me for suggestions or what not and I ask what are you taking, answers usually are like 1/2 a cc twice a week. It’s always measured in CCs also, these are guys in their 20s btw with no bloodwork or anything dialed in. I don’t want to tell them to take more drugs either so I just face palm myself as these are guys cycling not on TRT or who blast and cruise.Just constructive criticism . It's like they want to use PEDs but are scared they are going to die, lol,( you are not going to suffer any horrible sides on 500 MGS a week . A dose that wlll, really, give you all the benefits of using AAS).
200 MGS a week is not enough to make a significant difference. It will do something, of course, because it's higher than a trt dose but not much higher. It's , actually the amount I would suggest for competitors in an off phase. 250 MGS of test a week and 100 MGS of DECA a week is usually what I would use when I was "off"(national level NPC competitors and IFBB pros never come completely off. It makes absolutely no sense to).

If anyone is going to use AAS then use them, don't play games. You should be taking at least 500 MGS of test a week and at least 400 MGS if eq.

Reading this just reminds me how little 90% of those using AAS are educated about them.
You're talking a 20 to 20+ pound weight gain. It's impossible, on any amount of drugs to gain 20 pounds of muscle in a few months. Do people put on 20-30 pounds in 8-10 weeks? Yes they do. How much of that is muscle? Lucky if it's 3-5 pounds. The rest is garbage. Water and fat. Why anyone would purposely want to add shitty weight I have no idea.
Second, you are not using these drugs correctly. Why would you decide on 200 MGS a week of test and EQ? Test and EQ is a good combination but 200 MGS a week is not nearly enough.
If you can put on 10 pounds of muscle in a year using AAS you've had a great year.
You just need to do some more research or something.

Also, peoe do not understand the importance, when using AAS, of eating well and staying , pretty much, in shape. The Lee Priest, get as bloated and fat in the off season as you can, is not a constructive way to go about this. Yep. That’s why I have respect for guys like John Jewett who don’t lie about what they’re doing. Or put another way, it’s less likely that they’re lying. Jewett says without hesitation that he’s running 3 grams total to grow. A gram of test and two grams of mast/primo combo. See it all the time. Guys think is a positive thing to put on 25-30 pounds in 3 months. Then wonder why they loose it all in 3 weeks when they stop. I competed every year for a twelve year stretch. I never came off in those 12 years and I used far more than 500 MGS a week. The most muscle I ever gained in a year, contest day weight from one year to the next, was 11 pounds. Most years I was happy to add 6-8 pounds of muscle.
26 pounds in 16 weeks, without a lot of fat and/or water, Ive never seen it.
