Hey guys. I'm curious about how much you spend on average on a cycle with PCT included ?

Words from the wise..With say Test /Deca /Dbol
Or
Test prop/Tren Ace /mast p (separately is more but I like to dose my way)
Clomid/Nolvadex and an AI Aromasin for Gyno issues or high e2
4 bills and you’d be set for a nice pharm run !
(That is a good price , plus you’d have good discount , free extras & shipping )
Depends too on your length of blast
A 6 week Tren Ace /Test Prop and asin/hcg would be about half that . Gotta see your goal ,if BF% was high ,‘that may require some kick AAS ECA OR Clen
Max
This is underrated. I actually am way more worried about figuring out my diet than gear consumption, especially in an off-season phase. At maintenance, I'm eating around 2700-3000 calories depending on if I'm doing cardio or not. At bulk, it can run up into the mid 4000s, the added meals start to really add up weekly.I don't kno what pct isjk
I honestly don't look at it that way..cycle support supps + food cost etc.it can get up there..it really depends what u plan on doing..I can't put exact # on it and I prob don't wanna look at it![]()
That would be correct..I'd say Costco or get to kno your local butcher..buy in bulk rice etc...This is underrated. Haha yep. Like, I probably spend 350-600 bucks on gear for a cycle, but I can spend 250-300 bucks per week on just food for the day, not counting dinner for the family. Everything in bulk is the only way to go. My last go around, and for my bulk this fall, I'm going in with a few buddies and buying a full cow (I'll end up taking a quarter cow, but it comes out way cheaper per pound than at the store). That would be correct..I'd say Costco or get to kno your local butcher..buy in bulk rice etc...
I was going to say..including my 2 kids at home and my woman..we prob spend 1200 on food ..prob a tad bit overestimated but add protein and supps yea it's up thereHaha yep. I was in & out today 3lbs of 97% ground turkey 96%ground beef 4lbs chicken breast which I just cooked..case of water and cereal for the kids..The gear isn’t what’s expensive it’s all the food and supplements as everyone has said. The grocery store is my biggest enemy

You've probably seen but Evan Centropanni and some others have done shopping for under 40, 60, 100 etc. You can do it on the cheap-ish. Thing have gone up quite a bit but still. I'm not hurting for cash but I am cheap. I do a lot of ground turkey, chicken thighs, rice, frozen veggies. potatoes. That and a good tub of whey. The gear isn’t what’s expensive it’s all the food and supplements as everyone has said. The grocery store is my biggest enemy
