Critique my re-comp cycle, please.

Male/41 years old/4th cycle/5'9/190lbs

I was very happy with my first and 3rd cycle. Strength increased remarkably, and put on some muscle. Arms/chest/lats/shoulders filled out nicely. Sadly, I put on some stubborn belly fat as well as some other areas, that I cant seem to get rid of. Id like to do a recomp and really shred/harden.

I was thinking of the following:

Test E/Mast/Var/Clen

12 weeks(possibly 14-16, and moving the var/clen around)
Test 500/week(250 Mon/Thu)
Mast 400/week(200 Mon/Thu)
Var 50/day(1st 6 weeks or last 6 weeks)
Clen 50/day(1st 6 weeks or last 6 weeks)

Aromasin/caber/nolva/clomid on hand for hard lumps, or prolactin issues.

Lift 6x/week, cardio 3x/week. Im out of work at the moment so I have nothing but time.

2200-2500cal/day
 
Why not 25 a day for 12 weeks of Var?

Clen usually gets stepped up and stepped back down? Is this your first time running Clen or is this how you normally run it?
 
I think proviron is wildly underrated. Maybe do 20-40 a day. I personally don’t love clenbuterol it’s a high risk stimulant for a low yield metabolism boost. Dropping your calorie intake by a couple hundred would likely superseded a bunch of Clen and eating more. I know that it is a controversial stance, but I personally would add a higher yield safer risk profile GLP-1 drug if willpower is an issue. Especially if you are running muscle protective gear.
All of that being said, I am still a new guy compared to most of these old gear-heads. I am sure you will get more intelligent answers than mine

Just my opinion so if you don't agree don't get bend out of shape.

12 weeks is fine.
500 test is fine twice a week.
400mg Primo ( IMO during weight loss Primo shines with keeping muscle mass and keeping muscle bellies full)
Anavar 4 weeks at50mg during the last four if you must. Not going to help you much with fat loss if you don't have everything else dialed in.
Clen 2 weeks on and two weeks off. I run my clen 40mcg thru the entire cycle. Some go up and down. I tried it and same results but more sides.
With the primo you most likely are not going to need aromasin or caber, but good to have.
I would do cardio 5 days a week.
Diet I would go protein and green veggies.

I appreciate all the responses. Diet fell off when I landed in some legal trouble that's been taking up most of my time. This test/mast/var/clen stack came from Hammer&Bell's site, so Im tweaking it here and there depending on what makes sense.
 
I just didn't understand the much higher dose for 6 weeks, my suggestion for Anavar if any will always be 10mg for much longer.
I’m confused. Short term higher dosages what is done in contest prep. In terms of bodybuilding that is when orals are mostly
/should be employed. In what circumstance would you need to be on an oral for a long period? Im strictly talking bodybuilding, not powerlifting.

I would drop the var, save the liver stress, and max out the diet optimization.

Dont do crazy cardio on clen! Cardio is for the heart, aerobics are for increasing metabolism, which will also increase with solid high volume/lower weight lifting.

Check out Serge Nubrets routines.

Never go over 60mcgs clen/day, heart tissue scarring is guaranteed at 80mcgs +...

Get anti-oxidants in too, astaxanthan, quercetin, green tea powder, high poly-phenol olive oil etc...

He recommends a lower test dose of 100-200mg per week(pretty much trt+ levels), and around 400 mast per week. Supposedly this should eliminate the need for an AI. I like the idea of lower/effective dosages, but I dont want to waste my time either. Also, I dont see a lot of people recommend a higher mast to test ratio like he is.

Any input?

It’s a common cycle design with higher androgens than anabolics. Idea is to keep estrogen conversion low, water retention low and stay as dry as possible.

I like the sound of that, but would higher doses overall, result in better results?
 
It really comes down to diet and training. If I was doing a recomp I wouldn't venture far beyond 300 sustanon and 300 masteron but that's me and I';ave done that a dozen times. I have my mass I want and now I just recall it while running high protein and a slight deficit. You seem happy with the mass you gained so dial it in and add a modest amount of AAS and you should do fine.
