As long as creatine has been around, I think a company would spend more time and money trying to fake creatine vs just sell it. It’s been around forever and is much cheaper than it used to be when it hit the market in the 90’s. Bulk Supplements is prob one of the cheaper priced ones and I use several of there supplements. I wouldn’t hesitate using their creatine.

Were they reputable companies or just some fly by night ones? I mean I wouldn’t buy shit from a company called ABC supplements if no one had never heard of them but I bet the ones made by someone like Optimum Nutrition, if they even make creatine gummies, wouldn’t be bunk lol.

Supplements aren't regulated in the US. outside being shady, not much anyone can do outside trying to bring some class action lawsuit and get $3 in 14 years

It will give the same benefits whether you are on or off those compounds. Creatine works as a totally different compound or supplement in the body. Helps not only muscles but the brain also.
