Hello everybody my name is Henry I am currently 11 weeks out from USA’s sponsored by @SB Labs and Coach by @Montego we’ve been working together for two weeks now I’ve already lost a total of 14lb since we started I’m at about four days of cardio 30 minute each session
My current cycle right now is test E 250mg twice a week primo ace 50mg daily and proviron 50 letro 2.5mg twice a week

Thanks bro I appreciate you we’ve been taking it easy got my blood work in labs look great so we’re gonna turn it up a notch in about a week or two I’m still losing weight consistently so there’s no need to really push up the too crazy

Na bro i was running npp with it cycled off that now making sure my labs are good which they are now they weren’t before … and now I wanna start my contest cycle in about a week

Glad you got serious about being serious. Montego is a great choice.He won't juice you to the gills to make up for the lack of decent dietary coaching...like plenty of these "prep coaches".

They’re actually solid bro I had to stop trainning them twice a week I only do once a week right now l I do men’s physiques so focus more I’m bringing up my back and shoulder
