Right.. just my 2C. But it all depends on past experience and previous peak anabolic load. You want to move up in the smallest increments possible to keep your gym performance moving, all while maximizing your recovery factors (adjusting nutrition weekly, or bi-weekly, maximizing sleep... like 9-10 hours if you are really serious about the 20 weeks... massage therapy, acupuncture etc .)
If it were a clean slate, starting at 200mg test.. then start with 250mg and bump calories 10%.... wait until gym performance and body weight stalls (given nutrition is consistent). Then bump test another 50mg.. repeat until you reach a level of testosterone you can no longer tolerate without an AI. For some guys starting at this level, this can safely put you into 40-50 weeks!!! Just watch your health markers and know how to troubleshoot and back off along the way.
If you previously have reached 400+mg test levels, then yeah... similar to the example above.. start with a test level you can tolerate.. then push primo in 50mg increments in a similar fashion as the "clean slate" example, on an as-needed basis until you either reach your target total anabolic load, or you reach a target time duration. This is the cleanest way to make consistent gains over time without fat gain (i.e. lean mass "cycle").
An overlooked aspect is also GH. I would implement this early, starting with the lowest effective dose to get a handle on blood glucose, then increment on an as needed basis (and typically on a what-you-can afford basis).
Keep it simple, rely on frequent adjustments to the meal plan, and you'll continue to move the needle up over long periods of time without health issues.
