How many of you wear compression gear to gym or use for recovery? I mean real tight compression not the typical ua or Nike. I wear a compressionz long sleeve shirt on chest days because I like way it holds my shoulder. Also wear shirts like this for recovery I will be hurting and 10 minutes after putting on the pain goes away. I just got a pair of cw-x pro 3/4 tights that have a web that supports hips, quads, and knees and I love squatting in them. I do wear shorts over them. I squat 405 so I'm not a toothpick dressing for fashion. I have some sub sports recovery tights that if I get leg cramps or achy legs at night I sleep in and no cramps or pain plus legs feel fresher. Just wondering about others experiences and gear preference.
