Stats similar, i lost alot of weight,id love b back at 200lb.,u have about 15 yrs or so on me,u always been inspiring old man lol..

Yes my friend LOL. I love being between 180 and 185. Anything less than 180 I feel weaker and anything over 185 I feel slow. Weird but that's the sweet spot for me.
