Lasix and laxative sounds like a death sentence. My digestion after my show was the WORST it’s ever been. I had to stop every 15 mins on the 1hr drive home to shit myself…but ultimately I was just constipated.

Honestly, I haven’t calculated. I was at 7800 with my last plan before he upped it. We switched from chicken breast to thighs and he added 30g of jam in the am. I would guess between 8k and 8200

My legs have been my weakest body part for my entire bodybuilding career. I broke my patella early on and couldn’t train legs hard for the first year or two of training.

I’ve now been playing massive catch up. My insertions kinda suck, so I’m fighting an uphill battle.

My guy, that’s why I asked you what your leg size was cause I wanted to see how I measured up to such cocked out fucking legs. Also, I can relate somewhat my fucking right knee always acts like such a Cunt every time I try to push my legs to grow. But we’re all gonna make it.

I honestly think they are around 27 or 28”. I’m not 100% sure so don’t quote me on that.
