Where did you guys find your coaches? Looking to really dial in everything. No coaches in person where I live that really do it for a living

I posted about this not too long ago. Everyone (almost everyone) recommended @Meetketchup. Just did my first week with him. He is indeed no BS. Straight to every point. Diet, exercise and lab work. He has been a huge help. He has answered every single question I had and some. Looking forward to growing with him.
