What is the greatest challenge with the diet?:

Nothing right now.

What is the greatest challenge with exercise?:

Nothing right now.

Time prioritization- ( early morning and late night)


How do I think I can fix each of these problem areas?:

Continue to persevere

Respect and appreciate the honesty. Most guys try to hide that stuff which is stupid because we all screw up sometimes. Just curious as you said, "conscious decision" for the cheat meals what you were thinking at the time? I think people sharing this kind of stuff is helpful because others are going through the same thing.

Made Kodiak pancakes for my kid yesterday at his mom’s house was off my morning routine of meditation and prayer etc and was in a rush to get him to gymnastics and church , so a few of those fit the bill…. But then I ate a couple more later in the day. The ones later in the day was the lack of resisting the temptation of instant gratification / dopamine.

That night I went with my son and his mom to get some plants for what is now referred to as her house, and there’s a bitchin taco truck down the street, and she wanted them, so I ate those too.


All In all its weakness. When I’m truly thinking about the end game, diet and exercise is non negotiable, but when those moments of weakness kick in is when it’s crucial to think about reducing the pile of work and delayed gratification of such.


Going through a divorce right now, and yesterday was a little tough, so I gave in.
 
I bet! I love some good Mexican food! Birria tacos, chicken mole and anything with pastor are top of my list.


I spent many years racing off-road cars and trucks in Baja, and if I couldn’t see the water, I only ate Al pastor.. Never let me down. Pastor is by far my fav.

Absolutely agreed! There's this Mexican restaurant near the usc campus in LA that puts the pork on a vertical spit with fresh pineapple on top so it marinates to meat while cooking and they just shave some off when you order it. So goddamn good!

Kid got me effing sick with fifths disease, which apparently most adults don’t get because they’ve had it as a kid , but man it’s knocking my dick in the dirt. May need to go get an iv. Been pissing out of my ass since midnight, and can barely keep food down.

Did manage a couple mile walk with the kid today though, that was nice . Didn’t shit myself.

Very depleted today, been sick as shit since Saturday night but on the mend.

Having severe symmetry issues getting right scapula to release. Rhomboid having problems and I feel twisted. Any tips? Right shoulder rotated forward have to make concerted effort to hold it back. Chest muscles too tight?

Hey guys,

Starting a new log to capture my journey and progress with @CoachCabo.

For those that haven’t seen my other log, I have been in ‘good’ shape in the past, and run many cycles.


-I was running a blast of a few compounds that started july 29 in a slight deficit. I started at approx 246 lbs.

-As of last week, I have stopped all gear and gone back to my TRT regimen of 200mg /week.

-At minimum I will update this log every Monday to capture weight and progress.

Coach has me on similar macros, but MUCH cleaner food. I have also cut out all dairy.

Current stats as of today-

36yo, 5’10, 230.8 lbs
