Respect and appreciate the honesty. Most guys try to hide that stuff which is stupid because we all screw up sometimes. Just curious as you said, "conscious decision" for the cheat meals what you were thinking at the time? I think people sharing this kind of stuff is helpful because others are going through the same thing.How many times I cheated this week: 1 ( 2 chest meals in one day)

Absolutely agreed! There's this Mexican restaurant near the usc campus in LA that puts the pork on a vertical spit with fresh pineapple on top so it marinates to meat while cooking and they just shave some off when you order it. So goddamn good!I spent many years racing off-road cars and trucks in Baja, and if I couldn’t see the water, I only ate Al pastor.. Never let me down. Pastor is by far my fav.

Very depleted today, been sick as shit since Saturday night but on the mend.
Having severe symmetry issues getting right scapula to release. Rhomboid having problems and I feel twisted. Any tips? Right shoulder rotated forward have to make concerted effort to hold it back. Chest muscles too tight?

Starting a new log to capture my journey and progress with @CoachCabo.
For those that haven’t seen my other log, I have been in ‘good’ shape in the past, and run many cycles.
What’s up guys,
36 on trt 4 years. Haven’t been in good shape in many many years, and on a mission to change that.
Have cycled many times prior to TRT regimen, but hit early thirties, got sober, started a family , and did not prioritize my health.
Current stats are 5’10 235
4 weeks into an 18 week blast with 500 mg sus and 50 mg anadrol.
Remainder is primo , var, and ending w winny. May add some clen and npp if I shed enough fat first. Will be switching back to cyp around week 15 and probably keep it at 500 if I have enough primo to compliment it.
Cruise is back to 200 cyp and maybe...

-I was running a blast of a few compounds that started july 29 in a slight deficit. I started at approx 246 lbs.
-As of last week, I have stopped all gear and gone back to my TRT regimen of 200mg /week.
-At minimum I will update this log every Monday to capture weight and progress.
Coach has me on similar macros, but MUCH cleaner food. I have also cut out all dairy.
