Thank you. I've been using Clen for over 10 years. Never go over 40mcg per day two weeks on and one off. It help me burn about 350 extra calories in conjunction with cardio and clean diet already. Lots of people think if they are not getting the side effects like the shakes its not working which is far from the truth. Like any other compound if used properly it works extremely well and when abused it will cause a variety of sides and health issues. Everything in moderation.Just make sure you're minding your heart health..... I know it sounds "stupid" to some people but - literally; eat a clove of garlic in the am, warm/lemon water (I'll send you my "taste like sadness but it's good for me concoction") to jump start your liver.... Clean is so effective; and I'm a woman so it more than likely hit me harder, but phen was just as effective for me as a lady (men are much different) and my man swears by it. Lol
