Ckmeter Road to Pro with STADA LABS šŸ”„ā€” USA Prep Log

You know what measurement scared me the most that I checked the other day? My neck is 21.5-22ā€.
This doesn’t really make sense to me though, as rubiel Mosquera has a 20.5ā€ neck…and there’s no way my neck is bigger than his.
 
Alright so I just got home and had my gf measure my neck and arms. We will not be measuring my waist šŸ˜‚

Neck measurement 1 was 21.8ā€. Measurement 2 was 21.5ā€.

Both biceps are 20ā€ cold.

Partial pec tendon tear confirmed. Doc said it seems to be pretty small. Now we are trying to find an open mri. Tried the wide bore onsite, and the technician looked me up and down and says ā€œoh hell no. Nope. Nope. You’re gonna have to go somewhere else with an open MRI šŸ˜‚ā€.

Plan is, if the tear is small enough per the mri and coach is ok with the deformity, will compete 2026 season, and then I’ll get the surgery done afterwards. Recovery can be up to a year.

Diet came down a bit today. Will continue to drop throughout the trt phase. Weight will come down a bit too

Tbh prep is the worst with the low concentration oils.

I still have spots that aren’t crazy scar tissued yet. Rarely shoot lats, front delts, and quads rn.

I’ll still pin eod on trt, but the volume is low so it’s less of a pain. But yes, I’m sick of it lol

prep was like 19cc a week. This rebound was roughly 11-12 depending how I rounded my syringe reading.

Buddy who is an open pro ran 36cc a week under Milos on prep. Just fucking absurd.

There are a lot more injection sites than you know lol. For instance, 3 spots in ea tricep, 2 in bicep, lats can hold a ton, quads, all 3 heads of delts, shit even pec and calf. I hate pushing the oil I do, I can’t imagine.

It’s funny, everyone blames all the pros for synthol, when they are all just shooting so much gear, it looks pretty much the same. But… a lot also use seo
 
Been a little while since I posted my training logs, but that doesn’t mean I haven’t been tracking or training. This week has been focused on keeping my job. Have been killing myself for a project closure, and I think I’ll be looking for a new job soon lol.
