Ckmeter Road to Pro with STADA LABS 🔥— USA Prep Log

How tf are you reaching that. Loool

Brother, I have a whole setup. I reach across my body while sitting in a chair and then lean that arm into the table to leverage my arm far enough to reach. Kind of like a reach across stretch, but using the table to force the stretch. I could probably upload a stick figure drawing if youd like. Lol

This is the same way I reach my lats. The only downside is my pec often cramps mid injection and then I have to let go of the syringe with it still in my body and relax and then try again.

Cardio:
Remove

So I’m up 50.4lbs in 12 weeks from my prep low. Coach floated the idea of pushing for open next year. We decided that I’m just going to let my body grow and ignore the scale weight. We land where we land. I don’t particularly want to push for open, but if that’s where my body wants to go, I’m not opposed.

Coach also doesn’t want to stop the rebound, as I’m still growing like a weed. I don’t really understand it and neither does my coach, but we are not questioning it! @StadaLabs have you been sneaking increlex into my test?!?!? Just joking obviously, but hopefully this goes to show the impeccable quality of Stada’s gear.

Dude, please don’t take this the wrong way. I’ve enjoyed watching your progress. I’m not a competitor, and really have no idea what I’m talking about. So again, don’t listen to anything I have to say.

That being said, I have zero idea how you could be competitive in classic. You hold too much body weight to shape ratio if that makes sense. I’ve been wondering when you would see that and make the move to open. Now you have the ability to fill out your physique and be competitive. I think you and coach made the best decision you could have if you want a pro card or to be competitive in the nearish future.

Can’t wait to see what you look like in six months.

Love it.

You don't get many opportunities to grow really well throughout a career, no reason to waste it.

Grow as much as you can when the body is wanting to. You're an open guy anyways.

Appreciate the honesty and definitely not taking it the wrong way. Honestly, I don’t know if we will end up needing to move to shw to turn pro or if I can do it in classic. Coach said the exact same thing. I had 20lbs to my weight cap from my prep low…that’s a shitload of stage weight.

With that said, I know that I will not be competitive as a classic pro unless the 30lbs added to my frame to the pro cap somehow completely change my structure and balance.

We’re seeing the times kind of change, and classic guys are looking more like open guys, and open guys are looking more classic.

What I refuse to do is suck down to make my classic cap and lose my legs that I am working so fucking hard to grow right now. They will be the first to go.

I don’t have crazy sweeps. I have a small waist compared to competitors, but a big waist compared to the top of classic. My back shots are pretty good, but my lats don’t pop enough from the front.

Can I be competitive at the national level in classic? I think 100% yes. Do I have any sort of future in classic as a pro? I do not think so.

I don’t want to take more AAS than I am currently. I am willing to go up on gh and insulin. I’m already pushing food. So we will see what my body wants. Ultimately I’m going to let that guide my future.

This is why I made the decision. I’ve never had my body respond like this, and there must be a reason. To cut that short would be the definition of retarded.

Compton said we could pull back to 100% make weight next year, but why? So we pull back now, just cruise without pushing until prep, and bring a barely improved physique to what? Hope to get lucky? Fuck that shit.

My buddy made the same decision I did. He qualified in open and ended up squeezing into classic and turned pro. The approach of just letting his body grow ended up bringing up his weak points and changing his structure to where he was competitive in classic.

With that said, now he’s moving to open as a pro 😂.

To be honest, I don’t know what the future holds, but I’m excited to just say fuck it and grow. I’ll land where I land and have enough faith in my coach to where I will be competitive.
