i have a question -
im cutting right now and in my case, i eat:
chicken meat
potatoes
skir
rice
broccoli
blueberries
banana
oats etc…
on rest days i eat potatoes, on training days i eat rice, and the whole other foods i listened, and the macros are calculated by my size and kg so i dont loose muscle.
today i made “duner sauce” from skir, lemon juice, 2/4 tea spoon mustard, garlic, and very little erytritol.
i made this of 100g skir and removed 35g chicken instead, and oh my god… this sauce tastes so delicious… i can eat the whole day meat potstoes and this sauce.
so this hopped in my head:
on rest days (2 in the week) i replace everything with just chicken, potatoes and this sauce (low caloric, high protein, the total calories gonna be calculated like in my previous 2 low-kcal days while i rest, because i do carb-cycle), does it gonna affect somehow the fat loss from dramatic change in the foods, or everything depends on “calories in, calories out”?
my protein is the same for my body, fats, carbs.. just the foods are these 2 + the sauce.
what can u say about that?
