Can’t raise testosterone

Just looking for anyone’s input. I’ve been to two endo’s, private care and the Va as well. My testosterone can’t top 125. Three different labs been tried lately and co-run with friends so I know the supplies weren’t trash, still zero energy, fatigue all day and nap on 50mg adderall.
