The maximum dose I'd suggest is 0.5mg a week. Generally 0.25mg is the perfect dosage.
You could also take P5P daily to keep prolactin down and L-tyrosine will also have an effect on lowering prolactin. Now, these are obviously not gokg to have the sexual benefits of caber but they can definitely help.
I use L-tyrosine some for this effect. It can have a bit of a energy levels crash once it starts leaving your system but i don't get a major crash from it at all. It (L-tyrosine) can have a stimulate effect so I'd avoid taking it very close to bed time. L-tyrosine is a precursor to dopamine.
Dopamine and prolactin have an inversely proportional relationship. Meaning, if you raise dopamine it pushes prolactin down. We see this with 19-nors at times where they can have a dopamine suppressive effect resulting in a depressed mood or just a lack of positive feeling due to dopamine being suppressed by elevated prolactin.
