Hey guys. I’m 39 yrs old. I’ve been on a trt protocol for two years. 80mg x 2/weekly. Since I have been out priced by my TRT clinic I had to look elsewhere.

I’m 5’8 183lbs. Going to try and put on some more muscle while staying lean as possible. My food is on point. I train 6 days a week with no cardio.

300-350 Test Cyp weekly
150-200 NPP weekly
10 weeks.

I do have an AI on deck, just in case.

I wanted to start out low. I respond very well to low dosages. Here’s a photo of me fasted after waking Saturday morning. I will updated once a week starting Nov 19th.

Any feedback is welcome. Thanks!

Legs on point. Can’t wait to start. I have to wait bc I’m going out of town for work for 2 weeks.

Typical meal 1 1/2 cups of rice. 6oz lean sirloin. I add an avocado after my post workout meal.

Looks good my man , looking lean so should be for a nice mass gaining cycle. Have u tried trestolone or thought of it ? You can stack it with the npp … just 150-200 mg of trestolone a week
 
Current meal plan:

1 1/2 gallons of gallons of water a day

345 AM: 7 oz top sirloin steak and 1 cup dry

515 AM: Gym

7AM: 2 scoops protein isolate,1 banana, 4 rice cakes. (If it’s a leg day I’ll swap out the rice cakes for a bagel)

10AM: 6oz 93/7 Ground sirloin, 1 1/2 cups of Jasmine rice and 1 avocado.

1PM: 6oz Ground chicken or ground turkey, 1 1/2 cups of jasmine rice with green beans.

4PM: 6oz Ground chicken or ground turkey, 1/2 cups of jasmine rice with green beans.

7pm: 2 whole eggs, 1 cup of egg whites, and 1 cup of blueberries. (Leg days I add 2 cups of popcorn)
 
I’m in bed by 8pm. Typically get 6-7hrs of sleep during the week with an occasional nap. On the weekends I’ll get 7-8hrs.

Current split:

Day 1 Chest, Shoulders
Day 2 Hams, glutes, calves
Day 3 Back, Core
Day 4 Chest and arms
Day 5 Quads and calves
Day 6 Lats, rear delts, core
Day 7 Rest

Thanks man! I’ll be updating once or twice a week. LFG!!!!!!! Hopefully I’ll get to mid 190s. I have a small frame, so definitely noticeable when I gain muscle.

We all know it’s Hoodie season!!!

Btw did the trt fix the Ed issue?

NPP rocks! I do good with lower doses too, there are many benefits to it including longevity. You can gain a ton of quality muscle with that and eating and training right. Thanks for the log

Can’t wait to try it! I’ve heard nothing but positive feedback about NPP. Hoping to gain a few lbs of muscle.

First injection on NPP this afternoon 50mg, in the side delt no pip. Will be doing EOD.

Finished off the TRT clinic test Thursday.

Starting AG Test Cyp tomorrow. 😁😁
