Question on this blend if anyone could help. I have 2 kits from Ironlion, and I was just wondering what the recommended reconstitution and administration dosage would be. I know BPC is typically taken daily, and TB is weekly, so with this blend, how is it administered, and what amount? Thank You

I went with 2ml of BAC and do .1ml twice a day. That should give you 500mcg of each a day and put you in range for both weekly.

I could be wrong though haha. I'm sure there are smarter and more experienced people on here that can chime in.
