So, I had a pretty nasty grade 1 tear on my left hamstring while deadlifting a second set of 535 after a double with the same weight. Was all bruised up. Ran it almost ED for about 6 weeks and added TB 500 the last couple weeks and it's pretty much g2g already. Have been back to heavy deadlifts with the last two workouts being

Edit: fwiw, I stayed on my cycle and added Anavar for its collagen synthesis properties. Did light legs, increasing a bit every week and focused on heavy upper body....
