I'm new to peptides and hgh. I've heard a lot of people say that hgh helps heal injuries and the deterioration of aging. And I've also heard a lot about bpc157.
Anyone have experience with both? Do they work equally well? As there isn't a lot of evidence in humans for bpc157, I'm leaning towards taking the dive with hgh. I don't need it for size as I'm no where big enough to warrant that yet. Just for the anti-aging effects. 1 to 2 ius daily. Would that be a good starting dose?
If bpc157 works as well I'll try that as it's cheaper.
Thanks for any insights.

Take both, no less than 2IU as that is TRT dose.

I just started at 2IU and I'm stepping up a little at a time until I'm at 6IU or sides.

BPC-157 is more for post injury healing, injecting it as close to the injury as possible. You can combine this with TB-500 for a great combo.

GH helps with sleep, appetite, recovery, skin health, all kinds of stuff really.

It's not really one vs the other. It's just, "what do you want to accomplish?"

Definitely need the joint healing more.

they are synergistic, you can run both temporarily while healing.

hgh + bpc157 + deca/npp 100mg per week is a good joint relief combo.
That seems to be the consensus. Sounds ok to me. Worth a shot.

Noticing improvement?
And which sponsor did you get your hgh from?
Thanks!
Yes, I fought tennis elbow badly about a year ago. Lately i have no pain.
300-500mcg of BPC every day and 1mg of TB 2x week, plus 3-4 IU of HGH.
@Hammer&Bell or @YourMuscleShop would be my first 2 for HGH.

Thanks! It's knees and shoulders for me. Think I might have to give it a go this year. Can't hurt.

I have used both those compounds more then once in the past and can't say i recovered any faster then when i didn't use them.

mind you the injury can play a big role. i have a log up of a costochondrial rib separation i had that healed up in 5 weeks. fully. i went from not being able to even breathe, sleep comfortably, talk, sneeze, cough, and turn my steering wheel to sparring jiujitsu. i couldnt even get the BAR off the flat bench.

The time it takes for a separated rib to heal depends on the type of injury:
  • Costochondral separation
This type of rib separation can take 2–3 months to heal, but more complex injuries or multiple separations may take longer. It's usually caused by an impact, such as falling or being hit, or by violent twisting or coughing. Treatments include rest, pain medication, ice packs, and reducing movements that cause pain. If the separation isn't causing complications, your doctor may recommend these treatments while you wait for your symptoms to improve. You should seek medical attention to rule out other injuries, such as a fractured rib or pneumothorax.

ymmv obviously.

so for me at least, it sped up my recovery time significantly.

I was comparing strains likely slight tears etc. that i had done numerous times over the decades. And healing would be about the same. I might feel better from less inflammation but once i stopped the peds things would go back to what i expected. For more major things healing just didn't happen no matter what i took.

Did you separate your ribs more then once so you can say that there was faster healing with peds or without? Of are you just comparing it to what usually happens according to text books. As i always heal far faster no matter what then the average person. But i stay active, am healthy, eat well ect. Where as most people don't which drags out the healing time on the average.

Damn bro. Whose? Was it from GymNTonic?

PM me because I can't afford to take bunk, in more than one way. I really want to see what legit BPC can do for tendon injuries. I would appreciate it if you don't mind?

very difficult to say, but based on all my buddies with similar injuries mine seemed to heal better and faster.
most of them seem to be dealing with lingering rib discomfort months and years later.
mine is good to go.
one of my buds i know is on peds and mine healed much more quickly then his.
I also do not wish to separate my ribs again to test this lol.

but again, thats also why I mentioned ymmv, it may help you it may not, but I dont think adding it in will hurt you.

You got that right. That's the tifecta comba right there. Well, I'd combine tb500 into the bpc157 category, so a quadruple combo. HGH (2-3iu), BPC167, TB500, and deca/npp 100mg/week. A godsend for keeping moving, healing, and some anti aging effects. Good skin too.

i left out tb just because of the anhedonia side effect.

bpc is pretty effective on its own, but yea if you dont get that side tb + bpc is pretty goated.

Oh I didn't know about that possible side, but I'll research that a bit more.

The only concern I have with hgh now is that it can cause, or worsen, carpel tunnel syndrome. I've had it off and on for almost 20 years. It flares up at times and then goes away but it's never been bad enough to make me want to get the surgery. But if hgh makes it worse it might make mine too much to put off surgery.
Does this happen at low doses of say 1 to 2ius a day? I'm hoping it's only at higher doses. Then I might be able to get away with it as I only plan on doing the 1 to 2ius.

Yea it can happen but it's generally an early side while you acclimate. It generally goes away but some people can't take it. You'd have to try and see if it affects you.

If it can go away then that's worth a shot. I'm guessing I should keep the dose low like I said previously? Thanks for the help!
