I’m 22 years old with a herniation of an intervertebral disc between l4 and l5. Life has been miserable for the past year due to the lower back pain (it hurts everyday, especially when sitting).

I’ve been out of the gym for about 6 months due to the pain. I’ve lost a lot of my gains.

I’ve been going to physical therapy for the past few months, but I haven’t seen much improvement.

I’m wondering if anyone has any recommendations? And whether BPC 157 would be a viable option in this scenario.

My thought is that it can only help. Do your PT exercises diligently and keep doing research.

I have a few bulged or herniated discs. Healing peptides did nothing for mine.

i have taken bpc for other injuries with a herniated disk / bulge and doesnt really seem to help it at all except the odd times i
feel like its ready to slip.

sometimes i get mad pressure and i feel like its about to go, bpc seems to help either delay it or get it to go away and get it back in a comfortable position.

but its always there doesnt make it better.
I was in a car wreck and went to therapy and the therapy actually did wonders for me.

it was literally the stupidest shit ever but it worked, my bulge is in the best spot its ever been. along with actually strengthening all the muscles around it.

but i mean its still there and im very careful with it regardless. when it slips thats a bad 2 /3 week recovery pushing it back in the right spot.
