Has anyone that was using Deca low dose for shoulder pain relief and switched to BPC-157 have good results? I decided to try Deca, but I didn’t research it thoroughly enough and found that it gives a false Test increase and I can’t have my Endo thinking I’m spiking my dose, I want to keep my script. I think NPP does the same with BW, all advice is appreciated.

Yes. I’ve used bpc with tb500 after using deca for shoulder pain. I took me about 2 months of using it to become pain free.
Ok, Thanks! What was your dosage? I read that it’s 250 mcg to 500, been thinking of splitting the difference to start.

I am currently on npp And test, I just started using BPC because I have tendinitis in my left bicep, I take 500 microgram before bedtime and I swear that it’s helping my sleep a decent amount and it’s only been about a week and a half and I already feel better in my bicep probably about 40 percent less pain at the moment, hoping it will get better with the longer I use it, NPP doesn’t seem to help too much with tendinitis although my joints feel good

Interesting on the sleep, don’t think I’ve seen that, Thanks!

I thought the bpc was going to be bullshit but I really feel that it helps, even after short use, the tendinitis was so bad I couldn’t even do curls on the left side and back day was a pain in the ass,I can do curls now with a little discomfort but not crazy painful like it was, another thing I noticed is my forearms feel harder than they where before starting bpc, and less gastro issues from using Reta too

250mcg nights. Shoulders (old college injuries) always would hurt when squatting due to lack of range of motion in them. I don’t even notice it anymore.

I take 1mg of bpc 157 a day. It 100% helps heal injury. Am I pain free, fuck no, by joints are beat to shit, but I'm def better taking it and some long nagging tendon injuries feel way better.

With larger doses you can get a systematic effect from it with subq injections but it works better as close to the injury site as possible. Depending on what is going on with your neck is going to depend on the efficacy of the BPC. I’d pin 250-500 mcg as close to the injury site for at least 30 days. Some will say you don’t need TB with it but they work very well together but again that will depend on what you have going on with your neck.

For neck/trap issues, would BPC
Yes . Is it a miracle in a bottle , like will you wake up the next day capable of doing backflips ?? Probably not ! But thier aren’t any negatives of trying it , unless $$ is an issue . Take a chance , if it helps that awesome . If not your out $200

Deca simply masks the pain. BPC-157 helps repair. TB500 is not needed.
@Meetketchup , if at some point I have good results with BPC on my shoulder pain, would it be worth just using it for general purposes? Like doing subq in the abdomen for just systematic full body treatment?

From the discussions, I’ve had with surgeons and my own anecdotes. It is only best to use when injured. It’s like anything else you build a tolerance to whatever compound you consume chronically. When you get injured, you wanna be 100% receptive to the mechanisms of the compound.

As always personal opinion

Ok, Thanks! Your advice is always much appreciated!

How are people pinning the shoulder area? Seems a little hard doing it alone. Use a bag clip ? Or I’m going to use a slin pin that I used for Reta, my felts are fairly lean and wondering if just jabbing it would good enough ? It would be a 31G x 5/16 needle.

Bag clip works great. That’s how I do my elbow.

Where do u inject in the elbow? I have no fat on my arms and I’m afraid to shoot there, can u do it right in the elephant skin on the back of the elbow?I have bicep tendinitis im dealing with

The best I can explain it is if I put my arm straight out in front of me with my thumb pointing up. Trace that thumb side muscle in the forearm almost to the edge of the elbow crease, then trace down toward the elbow bone itself (the olecranon) staying in the fleshing muscle area and I put a chip clip there and pin. If you have bicep tendinitis, if it’s distal tendinitis I would pinch skin at the bottom of the bicep and pin. If it’s proximal then I would pinch skin at the top of my bicep where it ties into my delt and pin there. I hope that makes sense.
