yes.

Is this the correct way?
The best time to take it is on an empty stomach, and one very important thing — take it 40 minutes before your first meal. Another thing — you must not use any iron supplements, because they completely degrade T3.

Am I seeing it right that you're using 20 IU of somatropin? How do you split the doses? And how do you split your carbohydrates — simple and complex? What's your total daily carb intake? I'm asking because with 20 IU of real HGH, it's pretty hard to manage without adding insulin — breaking down that amount of carbs isn’t easy.

What's more, with that level of testosterone and HGH, you should be supplying around 75–100 mcg of T3. That completely changes the game plan.

Yes, thyroid meds should be taken on an empty stomach. I do mine first thing in the AM. And why would you be taking iron supplements anyway? Most steroid using have higher levels of iron/hemoglobin. I just take my gh all before bed, to me, it doesn't matter if it's 4iu or 20iu. That way, your body naturally regulates your blood glucose levels, that's when gh is made anyway. It's when guys are trying to inject it 10x a day that blood glucose becomes an issue. And dude, 75-100mcg of T3 is fucking insane, that shit can actually cause heart problems so be careful. 25mcg is more than enough. Are you sure you're not confusing T3 with T4? Completely different drugs. 100mcg is my T4 dose.

You know you are actually getting old now when you 1) recognize the MyAir CPAp Sleep App Scores 2) Appreciate said data more than almost anything else on that list LOL well done brother. Godspeed! 💪

Damn, sorry for the mix-up with the numbers, and thanks Battousai for catching that. T4 is much better than T3 when using GH because it has a much longer half-life—several days even—which helps maintain metabolism, protects against catabolism, and provides better support for the cardiovascular system. What’s funny is that HGH actually inhibits the conversion of T4 to T3.

From experience, I know that administering GH at night in higher doses can suppress natural production and disrupt natural glucose regulation. The issue here is cortisol, which is released in large amounts in response to HGH. The adrenal glands are connected to the pancreas, and when cortisol increases, the adrenals signal the pancreas to produce more insulin. That creates a lot of stress on the body.

That’s why, personally, I’m not a fan of taking high doses of GH before sleep, or even in the evening—but that’s just my personal opinion. :)

Bro your diet is 100%. You know what I do, and its the easy way too, I eat only oats in water with whey protein. I don't Blend it up I drink it in the water while its spinning from being stirred up. Its all "raw". I drink like 6 of these a day and for a meal here and there I eat like you have in your pictures. It really kills your appetite. If I eat like you do all the time, I start looking forward to eating and then crave to eat and I hate looking forward or craving something I shouldn't have. Lol. So its easier to barely eat and just drink the raw oats with whey. Don't blend it though it will turn the oats liquid and you will use it up really fast.
