Bloodwork with USP test

I'm cruising on 175 mg of US pharmacy testo enanthate per week. I am attaching the blood test results. The estradiol is strangely very high, I don't understand why, it was at 60 when my testo dose was double this level.

Were you taking arimidex and then stopped or lowered AI dose? I ask because Arimidex is horrible for e2 rebound after stopping
