Bloodwork on sustanon 90 mg daily

I’m taking sust 90 mg daily, mast E at 80 mg daily and EQ at 450 mg weekly. All of which are from Marathon. But my estrogen levels are still extremely high. Does anyone know why this might be? Could it just be genetics as to why the Eq isn’t lowering my estrogen ?

EQ may lower E2 in some people but it's not an AI at the end of the day.

Might need EQ at a higher dose , maybe 1:1 w test ?
