Blood work orders for CPL - Clinical Pathology Labs TX

Trying to figure this out, maybe someone can educate me.
Have a couple sites that can write blood work orders without doc.
But. They talk about labs like quest or labcorp. They don't seem to mention CPL.
I prefer CPL because it's just down the street from my house. Quest or labcorp. Is about 45m8n drive.

My question is
Can I use orders from any if these places and take to any lab company, or are orders specific to a company and I have to go there to do the workup?

Trying to line up something lard this week or early the next. Bout to start, looking for a baseline draw for later comparison. Tx for info.

So when I get lab work at Baylor bill comes back as clinical pathology labs. I would contact them directly and just ask them. I’ve never seen 3rd lab places (privatemdlabs, goodlabs, etc) reference anyone but quest or lab corps

Went to hellogoodlabs, and turns out I also have questions nearby, few clicks over. So booked a comprehensive list tomorrow. That way when I cycle I have a baseline.

Ok. Done.
Got stuck, the took what seems like a quarter for all the tests.
Now I guess I have to wait for results. Not sure how long that will be. Hoping not long.

Here is the list of tests I ordered. Eazy_ helped me get it, thanks.
This is for my baseline before I kick into gear.
After I start, plan to test about 4 or 5 weeks into it. I think I'll get a scaled down. More focused set of tests though, correct or not?
My strategy was to get full set initially, then as I go, get more focused, smaller set for comparison.
