Im liking this approach. Been researching duet/nutrition too. Will be easy to add protein/carbs, bit of fat too. That will upnmy cal intake to be at surplus. Then stay steady with that nutrition plus test. Then lower cal intake.

Thanks for advice my friend.
Anytime brother! Good luck!

Cool. Wasn't sure if thats advisable so I'll do that. Was able to export current results to an excel which has no personal info so will post that. Tx again

I have found Drsays cheaper than goodlabs. And they will deliver partial results if you ask. I hate waiting the whole time for my E2 scores.

My experience with hellogoodlabs is
I took tests Thursday 230pm.
By night time few tests were available.
By morning Friday (today) over 50 were available with more trickling in over the day.
As of now, I have all results except for six including test, estrogen, etc.

I think this course of action will be the best for your current goals to figure out where you like your Test dose. You can then build off of that. Most people like to add 1 new compound at a time to find out what they like, doses, sides, and bloodwork. This is the safe and conservative approach.

It’s good you are willing to take your time. Cycling is a bit more of a marathon and not a sprint. Be the tortoise he always wins in the stories I’ve heard growing up.

Adding one new compound per cycle..should be carved in Stone..
Far too many times..you see guys running two, three or even 4 new compounds in one Cycle..
Then it goes sideways..
What do you drop...??
Then you don't get an accurate look at labs to see what is causing what..
Often it way off the rails and even with Bloodwork..Who knows..
The Smart man..runs Test alone..to see what it brings without anything else..
And the Really Wise one's..runs Test with Estrogen fighting compounds..like Masteron, Primobolan..
Then the Bloodwork is useful for future Cycles..buy using a long ester compound to combat Estrogen..a nice constant flow..

One of the biggest mistakes I've seen..
First Cycle..Test below 500mgs..
Yes most can get great results from Testosterone buy itself..
However..the guys that run Test at 300mg/wk..on their 1st Cycle..get nice gains..
BUT..
The next Cycle, with whatever they decide to add..
They up the Test a good bit..like 500..
So..in that case it's not accurate..because the upped Test could be what changing things..

I've made more mistakes than half of this Community..if I understood just how things work..
Saturation, Duration, Frequency..
Even with 100 Forums..still have to put the Time in..

Lastly..I Love me some Deca..
Never got

I wish I would have opened this thread yesterday. Thank you for the information on hellogoodlabs and Drsays. I just signed up for Function (functionhealth) yesterday for $365. That gives you an annual comprehensive blood draw with 100+ markers, and a 6-month follow up blood draw with 60+ markers. It is probably pretty comparable to the pricing on hellogoodlabs, but it is not ala carte for the initial draw. They do have additional on-demand testing available, but I have not checked all the pricing yet. I was able to sign my wife up for $340 as I was given a $25 discount referral code after joining.

They also provide clinician review of every result and flag issues, and then provide a personalized protocol based on results (I am guessing this is AI-driven…I will find out shortly as I am scheduled for my lab draw on 2/2). This is also driven by a comprehensive health history that you provide through the app. The other feature is they have decent discounted pricing on advanced MRI and CT scans for members, should the need arise.

Now that I signed up, I am with them for a year minimum. They have a nice interface on their app, and they allow you to upload outside labs (both previous and future) so you can track trends all in one place. It also integrates with wearables like Oura / Ultrahuman Rings and Apple Watch to track daily metrics like HRV, VO2 Max, steps, resting heart rate, etc to further personalize any protocols.

I didn’t see that they offered pregnenolone testing, and I already ordered that separately from Ulta Labs for $86 (they both use Quest Diagnosics centers). However, I just saw that hellogoodlabs has pregenolone for $38 plus the $12 fixed lab fee, so that would have been the cheaper option. I am planning on drawing labs every three months, so I may use hellogoodlabs and then just upload to the Function interface if the ala carte pricing there is better than the on-demand price from Function.

Anyhow, here is the full list for the annual comprehensive test, with the 6-month follow up labs indicated by the (2x). Some of the panels are slightly different than what I see offered on other sites. I hope this helps someone.
