It's going to be tough to gauge this without a baseline. Always get bloodwork off cycle so you can see deviations from baseline.

Just going off what I see here, you have some markers of concern. Your ferritin is low. Triglycerides are def elevated. Your Apo-B is def elevated. That you want low. I don't concern with cholesterol/total unless you have other elevated markers. Your CRP is slightly up. But that varies greatly through at the day. Depends on what time you draw blood.

What is your A1C? Blood glucose? Also, did you do this fasted?

Yes I did fasted I woke up and did it prob a hour or so after waking up and not eating since 8/9 the night before so prob 8-10 hours.

My estrogen is high it seems. Been feeling low energy and depression.

Yea, your estrogen is going to be high because you are pinning way more test than what the body produces. You are going to see some of that aromatize into estrogen. That's normal. Now, are you feeling symptoms of estrogen such as itchy nipples, irritability, emotional swings? Those are some indicators. Are you taking any AI for this?

Low energy and depression COULD be tied to some things. Normally, you feel grrrrrrrrreat when you pin way more T than normal. I sure do. This is difficult to gauge as I don't know your baseline. I work part time in civ med and did military med for many years. Chronic issues such as what you described can be difficult to remedy without knowing what you used to be before the shift. It could be the high E, or the ferritin, or something else. Heck, it could be something entirely not even related to this.

Do you have a primary care provider you trust? Legit trust as you can talk about being on cycle without being shamed? It's rare, but some docs aren't always so high and mighty about this.

My doctor is very uh what’s the proper wording an old asshole and no she would trip shit on me

No mood swings, no irritability really no more then normal. Just a depression that kicked in around week 6. Maybe a little emotional for sure, kinda tear up when something I’m watching hurts my heart feelings wise. Like an abused kid or animal that sort of thing. No itchy nipples I wanna say but once I think about it I feel like they itch a tiny bit but idk if that’s just my brain overthinking. I’m not on any AI, but i do have some on standby Incase I ran into it. Aromasin 25mg is what I have.

Should I be taking a AI?

You should absolutely be taking an AI with an estrogen value of 112. Honestly man you shouldn’t be on a cycle if you don’t even know these basic principles
I was told not to take one unless symptoms arose and this is the first time I got to see my bloodwork. But thanks for not even attempting to help just degrade cool guy

If anyone is on here to actually help and guide me that would be dope. What mg of Aromasin should I start with weekly? And in 4 weeks do my blood again?

What is your body fat percentage? You have very high aromitization, you might need to loose weight if you are over 15-17% before trying to run a cycle.
