Hopefully, but in reality probably 2027
After a year off of everything, I'm just getting started back up now.

Baby due in May, so I expect that starting a prep will be unreasonable until like October of 2026.

I lost too much between dropping trt and the surgery over the last year to hope to bounce back in time to do a prep before the baby is here.

I'm gonna be making a long update post for the log summarizing the time I've been mostly away when I get a spare moment to.

I'm one of them, sometimes life has other plans.
I thought for sure I'd have had a show in the books this year, but I also didn't expect it to take 13 months to conceive either

I'm itching to compete again but my priority is to my family.

When I exclaimed my realization aloud, my wife looked up the label.
She is laughing at me because of 7lbs=30 servings at 4 scoops per serving.
I don’t fuck up very often soshe gets to have her day now I guess.

Did I tell you about the time I ordered primo acetate instead of enanthate and couldn’t get it to hold at 100mg/ml, later realizing my error?
She wasn’t laughing at that.
Good thing they were 2018 prices, not today.

There are reason and there are excuses. A reason can be a valid excuse but excuses are just that, a reason to quit…in the head of rationalizing.

There’s no shame in quitting but if guys shit talk then quit, well, take that as you may.

There are plenty who quit. I am a self-motivator but I’d be lying if I didn’t say that committing in a public forum holds me even more accountable.

This year, accepting a “sponsorship” definitely made me show up even if I wasn’t exactly where I wanted to be. Going backwards at this year’s Universe definitely didn’t sit well but at least I didn’t flake.

See you in 2027!

when i first started i bought like 60 vials of primo acetate lol.
i just tossed them.

I just ordered a bunch of their protein. Mass gainers are usually trash, but theirs are discounted down to $14 and my teenage son likes to use them to pad his calories while bulking for football, so I ordered a few of those too. Turned out to be enough for all the freebies lol

man im tempted to pick up some for my son, but he hates the taste of anything generally. wondering which one he could stomach, and pack on some pounds in the wrestling off season.

Well, it works and is definitely a motivator unless you are a flake like so many cunts out here today. Integrity is just an annoying concept to most.

NPC Worldwide Mexico Super Show in Guadalajara in May/June with a pro qualifier and a regional open to all. Cheap to stay in town. Very cheap. Great show and some good competitors....for Mexico.
Plus you can say you are an "internationally competitive bodybuilder" like me. :ROFLMAO:

Guadalajara is massive but we stayed in a high rise 2br for $45/night. uber rides were under $19 everywhere and we trained at Romanos' old Gold's Gym...which isn't either.
Honestly, it is a good tip for the family.
The show was pretty good and Gary Udit was the head jusge with others from Tennessee. None of this "whitey can't win" bullshit.
If I can't win an overall at the masters nationals or the NA next year, I might do Mr. Mexico for a joke. NO way any 60yo Mexican is beating me without some bias.

Thought about doing this for an easy pro card but couldn’t stomach the thought of taking the easy way out lol.

The dudes there this year wouldn’t even place top 10 at the USAs

Do you inow who Zach Smith is? He couldn’t win his pro card there. Went on to North Americans to win one. He is Australian and shouldn’t be able to do the NAs but has Mexican residency and that qualifies him.

Don’t be so sure talent doesn’t show up there. Remember, there always seems to be someone that “comes out of the woodwork”.

I think it’s good show. Not even remotely crazy like American pro qualifiers.

khols is having some nice sales too. Some of there active wear is 30-50% off. I was just in there with my girl doing some shopping. Some real nice deals on almost everything.

Milwaukee in general don’t play. Usually if they make it, it’s gonna work and work well. That’s definitely the case with the blowers. I use the M18 XC8.0 times 2 on my blower and IMO it’s the perfect blend of power, feel/ergonomics and noise. Or lack of it.

The new line of M18 batteries they have out now are absolute monsters. The 8.0s are $199 each and are kinda the new standard for the big, powerful, exterior-geared Milwaukee batteries. I personally haven’t bought any of the new 13.0s for $300/each but I’ve handled them, played with them and daydreamed about having several of them for about a year now. May pull the trigger on a couple of them in the coming months. I’ve got Milwaukee batteries located in literally every area of the house and garage/outside storage area.

Funny thing is that I’m not in a trade that actually needs high quality tools like Milwaukee, Rigid or Makita lol. But I do have my own business that requires tools fairly routinely and I like having quality shit so I went with all Milwaukee. I’ve got the portable work station, boxes, snap-in system, etc… pretty much the works. If it’s a tool I use occasionally then odds are I have it and it’s likely Milwaukee brand. Look good, feel good, work good…. Or some shit like that is how the saying goes. But I’ve found it to be true IME.

My last Milwaukee purchase was the half inch drive, brushless, impact driver and the assorted bits for cranking off big, beefy tires on the side of the road. I have a work trailer that I just got fed up with having the wheels go flat on every other day. So I bought the jack and other shit needed to swap em out in like 4 minutes when they go flat. Since then, they only go flat every couple weeks instead of every couple days. Funny how that works.
