I would add that you shouldn't respond to emails that you may recieve that are advertising sales. Typically, sponsors DO NOT email members. Members should always initiate the email per the sponsors methods.

Additionally, any back alley deals that you are involved with outside of the main sponsor leave you at a higher risk.
