it looks like the part to pull it off is just missing or didnt get cut out. same concept tho you need to get under the circle in the middle. cut break poke however that can get done... I'd almost think taking a pin and poking the middle then prying it up maybe would work.

Yeah, there’s a first time for everything, but just know it’s pretty common, nothing weird.


The little piece in the center is only attached at two points. It won’t be hard to lift the two tabs with your nails or something sharp and break the two solder spots, leaving the rubber exposed where you can insert the needle.
