Is it better to pin in the morning afternoon or night before bed?

Should you also pin on an off day or is it better to pin in the morning before you work out?

i started my new cycle this past Wednesday morning preworkout I had to take off gym time Thursday and Friday due to work and today was a cardio day.


Tomorrow, Sunday being day 4 is a pinning day but should I pin before training or after?
 
I pin earlier in the day just so the muscle gets some blood flow. The few bed time shots I`ve done seem to lump up. Beyond timing is not so important, there is an ester attached. Unless you are doing prop or no ester base injections then those should be pre w/o. Should you do shots on days you don`t work out? Do you eat on off days? Do you want steady blood levels. Growth is triggered in the gym but real growth and healing happens outside the gym. Yes, you want anabolics in you and steady all the timer
 
Agreed that frequency and consistency are more important and significant. If you're pinning test in oil, it's not like it's only in your system for a few hours (unless you're using test No E, that's a whole different game). A standard, and one I've used with success, is to time out two pins a week at equal times. Since a week has 7 days, the halfway point is half a day. So, I pin Monday morning and Thursday evening. The hope is that the amount of test in the system stays as constant as possible throughout the week, while at the gym, and while my body is recovering.

Night Time /day time doesn't matter.. just try to stick to a consistent schedule . If it's days.. pin days . If it's nights pin nights.
This can very for many people. Some people work swing shift or rotating shifts. So it can change.. just be consistent to keep bloods stable.
