Best sips to get alt/ast down

Ran an oral not for long but it was superdrol for 10 days.AST/ALT are in the 80’s I take 12,000 mg NAC what else would be recommended to help get them down?

Nac and Tudca, injectable glutathione. That’s not horrible, liver just needs sometime to recover. How long after bloods did you drop the Superdrol?
Ggt is what really matters alt/ast will be elevated from exercise alone
