Look man I used to think the same shit when I was fat and on TRT…
It was diet.
You’re not breaking the laws of thermodynamics. You don’t break physics. You’re not the genetic lottery winner (loser) who hyper responds to androgens by not burning belly fat even when in a deficit.
You keep mentioning belly fat. So I’m assuming your arms and quads and pecs are absolutely shredded then when you diet? IF you wound up having crazy pec separation and feathered triceps and quads and striated glutes and still had a belly id say you have the absolute worst genetics for fat loss (I.e. lose it everywhere else first instead of over the whole body slowly). Or are you just expecting magic to occur and you expect to just have a 6 pack in a short period of time? Because there’s plenty of dudes thinking TRT will get them jacked and shredded then don’t understand why they’re still fat.
I grew a huge belly on TRT when I started cuz it was androgel and I had my estrogen at 250…then I dropped the androgel, my estradiol dropped and I lost 40lbs in a month because I had so much water retention and inflammation from the excessive estrogen and shit diet. So that leads me to the next question…
What are your numbers exactly?
Total and free T? Estradiol? SHBG? Cuz my doctor said estradiol of 250 was “normal”…so just saying normal isn’t really helping anything. Also considering people can respond different and feel fine with vastly different e2 (I feel great with estrogen at 39 with total t at 800. I feel like shit with estrogen at 70…but there’s dudes feeling fine with estrogen at that level)
You lost a ton of midsection weight when going zero carb. Which tells me there’s probably a lot of fluid weight involved because carbohydrates CAN be inflammatory…inflammation goes and water goes.
I’ll say this too….your little rant about people being disrespectful and calling them keyboard warriors and talking about your degrees and shit tells me your estrogen is definitely high. Cuz at definitely some female shit to take anything you don’t agree with as a personal attack, call people names, flex totally and completely irrelevant shit all just to continue to validate your own belief of being a victim of some cruel twist of fate (allegedly eating only 1600 calories and not losing weight)
If you were as educated as you claim you’d realize that you’re claiming to break the laws of thermodynamics and expecting everyone here to buy your story.
it doesn’t matter how many powerlifters or strongmen or Mr olympias you’ve trained. That has zero impact on anything.
You’re a 100% completely unique individual out of 8 billion human beings and probably out of every human ever lived because you literally break thermodynamics.
Or…you don’t give yourself long enough to actually see the results because you have some skewed belief in how fat loss works. Like everyone who thinks that if they drop 10lbs they’d look shredded and 40lbs later they finally look decent. I know I fell for the belief that I just needed to drop 20lbs to look decent and I’m down almost 75 since this time last year and finally getting visible abs…but they hadn’t budged in months despite having dropped 15 more lbs because I lost fat from literally everywhere else before they started to get more defined. I literally just had to keep grinding till they showed up…and that’s with my BMR going from 2200 to 1500 then back up to 1700 (and probably back down to 14-1500 cuz I’m in such a strong deficit now.
