I see a less than satisfied individual is attacking Basic.

Been doing business with them since 2019/20. Never had a major issue. The two I did... A leaking vial, a new one was sent ASAP. I had a seized order. They reshipped it. Then even sent it "discreet like" so it would make it through.

I'm not a body builder. I'm just an old worn out has been.... hanging on as long as I can. I have injuries that keep me from being built like a greek god. However, I look great at 48. That's thanks to these awesome brothers right here! Saved my life.... I was miserable and hated the fat slob I had become. Now, I get compliments regularly from gals and guys alike. I barely work out. 3 days a a week light reps .... So the product obviously works!!! And they stand behind their product and service.

About that guy making the complaints -- something was wrong with the address on the original order, so we got a new address from him and have sent a free reship.
Even after all the extra bs, maybe scare new customers away with the accusations,, and fact that Basicstero did nothing wrong, he still got a free replacement to help him out.
Basicstero has been aroung for a long time and that doesn't happen on accident.
This source has zero interest in ripping anyone off or any other bush!t.
We all just want the same things: access to high quality products and good business.

He is referring to the "Discreet Method" option for the individual products' packaging (the contents inside his shipping package).
This means the actual individual products will not have any reference to what they really are.
With the discreet option, you can leave your vial of Testosterone on the coffee table and have the whole family over, anyone can pick it up but they will not know what it is because the label does not make any mention of the actual contents.
It has always been an option. Its optional because not everyone may want it -- for example, some people resell locally (it would be difficult to sell a vial of test when there's no label that even mentions test).
Nothing is different with the outer (shipping) packaging.
The outer package is the same exact one used with every other order over the past decade.
