Generally that's somewhat what I would do, at least get the pressing out of the way first. Right now my lifting days have just kind of been winging it and mixing shit up. Hopefully next week I'll get more in focus again with the plan. Today is the first day waking up without pain, just gotta play it smart and not go too heavy or to failure with lifts that have a spinal load.

Definitely take it easy on squatting and get that back healed up. You don't want it nagging for an extended period of time.

Try a leg day or 2 of the below with some higher rep work in the 12-20 range.

Adductor machine

Definitely gonna do some machine stuff. Headed to the gym today. So gonna do isolated leg work like you mentioned.

Fridge stocked, steak cooked, eggs cooked, rice cooked, potatoes cooked (adding these into the diet), pineapple cut.

Diet:
30oz steak
5 eggs
32oz lowfat yogurt
500g pineapple
200g potatoes
2 cups rice
26oz OJ

Supps that add macros to diet:
30g EAA's (hopefully can increase this to 40-50g soon)
12g omega-3 Ultra (500mg EPA/250mg DHA)
120g dextrose
50g Karbolyn (hopefully adding in soon)

Still taking:
50mg Platinum Test E and 50mg Platinum Anavar ED

Hit a small workout tomorrow, then it'll be back into a 5 day routine next week. Back feeling a lot better, some a slight strain so just going to be careful about intensity. I'll be getting back into my squat, bench, dead, squat, bench routine, with accessories and weekends to recover.

I have been doing really good on those lately, but not today. I chalked it up to not being used to doing them after squats for a while. I'm sure it will come back. Would've liked to add a little more volume, but I had to lift before work today because I have a long day, so I was a bit rushed.

I like test prop a hell of a lot more than test enan. I feel it kick in hours after the shot. Just a better all around feeling to me.

Think I went a little too hard on my upright rows. Neck is a little strained today bur overall feel good. :D
The worst is if you turn your head while you’re doing shrugs or upright rows. My ex-girlfriend learned that one the hard way!

Definitely. Those are movements where you gotta focus on technique.
 
Late night workout. A little underfed cause I had some business I had to take care after work of which took longer than expected, so I didn't get to my workout till just now. Hate these late night workouts cause the energy isn't there and I'd generally be in bed by now, but gotta get it done.
Only thing I hated about tonight's workout was that my grip was shit compared to when I last did deadlifts a few weeks, I guess that too be expected since I haven't been doing barbell lifts. Gotta keep the ego in check and gradually get my strength back so I don't reinjure myself, just kept the weight light and listened to my body, trying to focus on technique and getting back into the swing of things.

Never. That's why my forearms are as fucking big as my arms.
Forgot to mention that these were all double overhand. I try to get as many sets as I can double overhand before I get into the heavier sets and use mixed grip. Last session from a few weeks ago right when I hurt my back, I got it easy. If I had used mixed grip, it wouldn't have been an issue.
 
Good job getting the workout in bro!

Don’t know how you can lift without straps my grip is always the first thing to go
