Currently, I'm getting reports from customers that they do not stack and only the Summer Sale discount is active.
But I have not yet been able to confirm it on my side and not sure if it's working as intended this way or if it's a glitch.
Regardless, either way it's a big discount right now for everyone because of the sale prices.
Hopefully I can get some clarification about it within the next few days and before the weekend.
I'll post an update as soon as I get more information and/or can confirm if the situation is working as intended or if there is an error.

UPDATE: There is a button in the cart that allows you to choose if you want your personal discount instead of the sale price.

There is an option to select “Use promotional discount” or “Use personal discounts” in the cart.
This way customers may choose if they prefer to have the summer sale promotional prices or their personal discounts instead of the sale price.
The summer sale promotional prices do not stack with other discounts, but you may choose what option you prefer to have.
Nothing was taken away from anyone — Everyone has options. .

Use promotional discounts:
Click this option to switch to the promotional discount.

Use personal discounts:
Click this option to switch to personal discounts.
