When injecting multiple compounds. Like test mast NPP how should you backload? Do you use 2 syringes and fill one fresh one? Or you use 3 new syringes for each separate vial and backload into 1 syringe? Is there any reason to worry about cross contamination if there is some NPP left in needle tip and inserting it into like a mast vial and drawing 2 oils in same syringe? The safest way to me would be obviously to use 3 separate syringes one for each vial then use two of them to backload the 3rd.

Is backloading safe or dangerous for infections? Seen a few posts here of it going bad? Is doing 3 shots retarded in glutes

I use the same draw tip to pull from multiple vial and then inject with the same one. Just wipe the top of all of them with an alcohol swab. I’ve never had an issue. I’m not worried if I get a tiny bit of one compound in another, it’s truly not going to affect anything. But there’s just me. I’ve never had a bad injection or issue.

I do the same.^^ Just keep everything sanitary and you shouldn't have any issues

same syringe just mix them, you can wipe the draw needle in between drawing each bottle with a piece of TP or Alch Wipe..then back fill it all in the slin..29 1/2 slins are money👌🏽

if youre pinning several times a week and want to use insulin needles you can draw with a 27g slin if you draw slowly to avoid air bubbles from getting around the plunger, or use luer locks like aimabolic said

Just get some 3cc barrels..... Load up all 3 CCs and done.
Theres no... " Cross contamination " when it comes to gear.
I use an 18g to draw..... say I wanted to do a CC of Test.... a CC Mast E...CC Primobolan...3cc's 1 barrel.
If you want a smaller gauge needle ... look into the 25-27g TB needles that have leur-locks on em. I get the 5/8's" length.

Backloading requires 2 syringes max, it also means you’ll be “backloading” an insulin syringe as the final pin that you will inject. You would use a luer lock syringe to draw your gear from the vials then removing the plunger on the slin pin and back loading it. I haven’t done this in a long time. I personally just draw my stuff all together in the luer lock syringe, use the same needle if mixing different compounds then switch needles to inject or if I’m only drawing 1 compound and pinning something like .3 .4 or so I’ll use the slin pin itself to draw and pin.

It’s 100% safe if you’re clean as others mentioned when drawing your oils and you pin the backload immediately. Now backfilling multiple pins at a time, storing them and using them could have a higher risk of infection due to plastic leeching and plunger degradation from the gear, but I don’t think that’s what you’re doing.

Okay. I have 25g 1 inch bd syringes luer lock and been drawing from each vial and backloading
Into that 3cc syringe. Backloading can be used with any size syringe correct doesn’t have to be an insulin

The term backloading came from loading up insulin syringes by removing the plunger and back filling them as they have a fixed needle and drawing with them aside from being slow, dulls your needle. If you have luer locks, simply draw your compounds with said luer lock all in the same syringe and swap needles to inject.

You could technically backload anything it just doesn’t make any sense to do with a luer lock, when you can draw everything straight into it and swap needles to inject having a fresh sharp needle as opposed a slin pin if you used it to draw from 3 different vials and inject it’d be dull as the needle is fixed.

I backload, usually, with multiple compounds.

One of the things I do is pull all of the compound into the syringe to measure it before loading it into the Slin Syringe. This is bc an 18g drawing needle holds a decent amount. I think it’s hold bw 5 and 8 units.

Not sure if this helps but it’s helped me to be precise.

I mix my mixture into 1 vial and pull with a 1cc luer lock 18g syringe, and then swap the needle to 27-29g.
Are there any issues with mixing compounds of different oil types (say GSO and MCT) in the same vial?
