Been over a year since ran anything including test. I got court coming up in the next couple months (August first) will get it continued hoping to be able to do my thing till Late October. So....it's only right we get the good old "OneLastCycle" going...
So break down....
Sus - 500 mg a week. MWF injection.
NPP - 300 mg a week. MWF injection.
Mast E - 300mg a week. MWF injection.
5iu Humalog Pre workout.
4iu HGH. 2iu gh upon awakening. 2iu post workout.
Aromasin & Caber on hand. Letro for emergencies.
Training - Pull, Push, Legs, rest, Chest & Hamstrings, Arms & Shoulders, Rest. Following week same split but Back & Hamstrings. (One leg day a week starts with compound lifts, One starts with pre-exhaust then to compound lifts)
Food -
Meal 1 - 8oz chicken, 100gram oats, 80g blubbies, 80g raspberries.
Meal 2 - 8oz 93/7 turkey, 300g rice.
Meal 3 - 8oz 93/7 beef, 300g rice.
Meal 4 (Pre) 6oz chicken, 200g rice.
Intra - 40g carbo gain.
Post - Shake & 80gram coco krisp
Meal 5 - 8oz turkey, 300rice.
Started this week, everything except GH will post updates along the way.
