Curious if anyone prefers splitting their GH after a certain dosage. Just bumped to 5 units pre bed. Probably going to 6 after this vial.

Right now I’m just trying to get the few pounds off. Preferably before July 4th (just an arbitrary goal not a hard timeline) and wonder if splitting dosages would be more beneficial.

Anyone find a benefit to splitting your dosage after a certain level? Like above 4 you do 4 pre then the extra in the am?

Currently on Reta so I’m not horribly worried about my blood sugar levels so maybe just running 2 units 3x a day would be better?

I was doing 4iu before bed.
Recently split it into 2iu pre workout first thing in the am and 2iu before bed to see if I get any different benefits from the split. I’ve only gone up to 6iu which I used to pin before bed. Didn’t enjoy the hand numbness though.

Yeah, I’m up to five pre-bed bumping up from 4.5 and honestly 4.5 seems to be where our sleep benefits really cranked up a notch. But I did notice a little extra lethargic during the day. Although that might just be from decreasing my calories, lol.

I’m trying to remember how I ran GH in the past which I think was splitting a.m. and p.m. but I was also on a pretty large dose and just kind of fucked around with some days or p.m. shots only and some days were split. I don’t think it really made a difference, but it’s been a good eight years I think lol

I used to get that lethargic feeling during the day too, which is why went to just pm. I’m giving it another shot to see how it goes. My sleep is shit right now, so if I get tired mid morning I just have to trooper through.

I only split my HGH during cuts to enhance fat oxidation and to extend the period of elevated lipolysis.

Example:

  • Last meal eaten at 6pm (small protein and fat only meal).
  • Inject 2.5iu hgh at 8pm, go to sleep.
  • Wake up at 2am, inject 2.5iu hgh. Go back to sleep.
  • Wake up around 5am, do 45-60 min light cardio, like a 2.5mph walk around 6am
  • First meal at 8pm

This may be bro science but it seems to produce better results than a single 5iu injection at 8pm for example. It results in less fatigue in the morning too.
 
My best was post workout 8iu with like 2 or 3 units of humulin r. Kept it in my truck and Injected soon as I got out. I was at a few iu but didn't last and went up to 8iu back when hygetropins are gold. I got swole asf
