This is how I read web reviews.
I disregard the top reviews and assume they are shills. I discard the worst reviews and regard them as sour grapes.

But I read the reviews, and HOW the business responds tells me all I need to know.
When I buy from sponsors here, it is the behavior of the vendors and/or their reps that indicate my using them or not.
There has been more than one instance that I wanted to buy something but the reps completely turned me off.
