Been using Vitamin Shoppe Astragalus for years as was referenced by Dante Trudel as the best brand of Astragalus out there. They being said thy are out of stock and always out of stock.

Anyone have any other good brands of Astragalus that works?

I trust that brand works as I’ve used their products and like them but I’ve been taking Vitamin Shoppe Astragalus at a much higher dose than 3,000 mcg.

Any brands out there that’s reputable that I’d just straight astragalus?

Everytime VS runs a BOGO on that they are OOS for a while. I always have to stockpile it when they run the sale else it’s hit and miss when you will get any.

I take it for kidney health and prevention. Been using the Vitamin Shoppe brand for years as this brand is recommended by Dante Trudel. It definitely helps in my bloodwork.

Kidney and liver. It is mildly effective for liver with most studies showing good effects for kidneys. I take it for both and its worth adding it to your health stack.
I use Zazzee E.S. 5000m.g. , cheap and on amazon. Great reviews. There may be better options if anyone has one they know is better let me know so I can try it.

With astragulus, it should be a concentrated version, not raw. Dose should depend on the concentration. If I recall correctly you’d have to consume something like 20g of raw astragulus to get an equivalent effect of 1mg of an extract.

Another side benefit I notice is that it has a very calming effect. I have used both the extract and the tea made of raw astragulus. The tea really chills you out.

I use this exact one as well. I've had good results with it for years.

Like I said been using Vitamon Shoppe brand for years and they are out of stock and have been for a couple months.

I have nothing against nutricost, I just have apprehension about how cheap they're products are comparatively. I do use their GABA and it works.
