A good day on the food, 4,000 Cals give or take.

My Pre-loaded TNE has crashed, so I'll need to come up with a plan for fixing that.

Thanks bro. Just spent the last few hours fine tuning the training - things are going to have to get brutal if I'm to put on some quality size.

Yeap im right there with you..funmy how the smallest changes seem to make the biggest impact. I really have fun with mid set high reps..good stuff captn!
 
Brutal leg session followed by some high-vol back trisets.

I'm keeping leg training single sets.

Primary exercise 5 X 5, if I do full dead lifts earlier in the week, then primary leg exercise will be front squats. If I do rack pulls, then primary leg exercise will be back squats.

The following Trisets will be high volume of whatever I was training last session.

All other exercises will be super sets as per usual.

I'm thinking I can keep this up for 4 weeks before a deload week and then changing it up again.

I don't think a little water weight is going to hurt - it's the last 6 weeks that count and I'll adjust things and dry out.

Whats that feel like? I got the sampler pack. Was just about to look that thread up TBJ started a couple weeks back.

the green has real legs, lasts a long time - it will prevent sleep if you take it too late. The white is more intense but only lasts around 4 hours. Takes the edge off of life, can focus in and out of the gym, very soothing. I only dose weekends, unless Im having a particularly shitty day. Doses around 6-8g, maybe another 4g top up. Thats all I need bro.

I just did a last order with the ban coming. Got some red in there for something different. I hear its a night time thing.

WO was a little lack lustre - on reflection should have hit tris first, didn't really have the mind-muscle connection following delts.

The tri-sets finishers were interesting - got a good pump but will need to up the weight next time round. The predator sled definitely finished things off.

Will see how this routine pans out.

New training regime is interesting - legs got a good cooking in the adductors and inner sweep whatever muscle that is.

Will see how the tris respond to the same punishment.

Really did under-eat today, but did hit my protein.

Because of my schedule this week in going to have to hit another back-to-back workout Tue and Wed.

Will shovel the food in, got to get my BIG on :)

Red is a great relaxer but, like green, not to close to bed or it'll keep you up as well.
