My name is joshua I’m 42 years old this is my first time running a cycle ever in my life, I’m running test250 cyp .5 every 3 day and 50 mg daily of anavar and proviron wondering if I should be taking any extra supplemts and if so what should I take, and my sleep is kinda off.
 
Rules read and thanks for the info. 46 years old and have just been running small cycles the past 3 years. Very impressed with my progress so far, just looking to learn from others and continue the gains safely for years to come.

Same situation here but I used back in my early to mid 30's (I'm 41 now).
Can you refer me to someone that I could ask a question about a tren e 200mg and test e 250mg cycle about?
I only used test or tren by itself with dianabol, but never 2 injections in the same cycle, and I'm wondering if I need to pin the test and tren on the same day or can I pin test one day then wait 2 to 3 days to pin tren, vise versa, which would be better?
Any info would be very appreciated.

You could begin by locating the New Members sub-forum and starting an introductory thread. Include your stats; age, height, weight, approx bf%, prior steroid cycles, supplements, goals, years/type of training, diet, etc...
