Went on TRT two years ago then took a break for fertility reasons. I felt great!

I started test again in October and currently am On 200test 100deca for last 2 months. My plan was to run this indefinitely or until issues arise as a solution to low T (280) and terrible joints from motocross all
My life and injuries from just being crazy.

I had blood drawn and was told my estrogen was high.

My GP knows nothing about it, just said my test is high. My TRT doc said it will level out. I feel like I did before I started the first time… lethargic, tired, like crap.

Would Arimidex help me feel my best and if so, what dosage would a doctor recommend if I had a descent doctor that knew what the hell they are doing?

Do I need to cut back on test/ deca for a bit?
I also have a ton of clomid at my disposal…

I want to feel
Like I did the first round, it was amazing.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Do you already have adex on hand? I'm sort of guessing since you specifically mentioned it. But it's not everyone's favorite choice since it can squash estro.

Having said that, I'd try .5 mg the day after injecting. Do that for a bit (few weeks), check your feelz, and get more labwork and adjust as needed.

This for sure. A lot of people prefer Aromasin (exemestane). Myself being one of them.

My two cents worth.

I'm on TRT : 180mg TestC split into 2 weekly injections of 90mg on Sunday night and 90mg on Thursday morning..

I had very high E2 levels and decided to take 0.25mg Arimidix with each shot. (0.5mg total a week)

3 weeks later I felt like shit, every joint, and muscle in my body hurt, my strength in the gym dropped, I had terrible night sweats and had absolutely no energy during the day. Blood tests showed I had completely crashed my E2 (and this was on only 0.25mg twice a week and only after 3 weeks).

I heard about how shit it is crashing your E2 levels and thought guys were being over dramatic till it happened to me. I will never do that again..
It has taken me literally 4 weeks to recover after stopping the Arimidix.

Your E is a little high (probably from the Deca), I would take .5 Adex on injection day until I felt better and then decide if I want to drop the Adex dose or keep it. Everyone is different but Deca spikes my E quickly and I use Adex to control it.

The first three weeks of any of my past test /Deca runs , I get completely lethargic and tired . Then it flips around . Just keep eyes on the bloodwork (I usually do my own before the doc so I can preview what ls happening . That sounds like a great plan though aside from your sides .

If you ever add gh , i like to take daily Cialis for Bph prevention.

If this is your cruise or long term plan I would just drop the Deca. I wouldn't want to run an AI permanently.

You are not in TRT, you might be in sport trt.
Trt = rasing testosterone levels while keeping them with the normal range.

So you are doing a cycle and I would be careful about using deca for long periods without a break.

Keep blood work and your liver healthy.

What I’ve learned is you should never take a AI even if E is very high unless you have symptoms
